Today the students took part in a field trip to Ojibway Park. The students enjoyed seeing a slide show about the plants and animals the students might see in the park as well as trying to figure out different animal calls. After a snack the students were broken up into three groups and went on a hike around the park. Back at the Nature Centre the students enjoyed meeting the centres' resident snake and even got to pet the snake before spending time making a snake craft and looking around the centre displays. Thanks to all the parents that made our trip possible. Great fun was had by all!
