Last Tuesday the school students took part in various classes in the morning that promoted being in a "Healthy State of Mind". The students learned ways to promote a healthy mind such as using breathing exercises and meditation to promote feelings of calmness and quietness. They completed a session with Sister Connie on prayer. They were taught to believe in themselves through positive thoughts and contributed ways to calm their bodies through writing. The students lastly were exposed to a session on yoga.
