Last week was a very busy week. On Monday the students celebrated the 100th day of school. The students rotated to different primary classrooms and completed 100th day activities such as building with 100 items, making a necklace with 100 cereal pieces, making a 100th day hat, and counting out 100 food items for a hungry hash. During math the students that brought in their collections of 100 items counted them for the class. It was also Valentine's Day on Thursday. The students exchanged their Valentines after decorating a Valentine bag, and we played Valentine bingo at the end of the day. Friday the students took part in activities for Carnival put together by our French teacher Madame Guacasci and the grade 6 class. Great fun was had by all!
