During the 100th day of school, the students took part in a number of activities. First off, the students had to imagine what they would look like if they were 100 years old. They then created their image at 100 years old. This week we will be working on a writing piece on how they would act or what they would have if they were 100 years old. The students also created a crown or jester's hat by adding 10 stickers or stamps on the 10 paper strips that make up the hat. Some students had difficulty with keeping the stamps or stickers to just 10 on each paper strip. In the afternoon the students took part in a 1-100 scavenger hunt around the room for math. The students had to identify the numbers and colour the corresponding number on their 1-100 worksheet, the proper colour. All students had great fun!
